The following rates will apply for transportation services provided by FCOC Transportation. These rates are comparable to other transportation companies providing services that are similar in nature. These rates are based on trips in the Greater Los Angeles area and the surrounding mountain communities.
Rates are based on 54 – 79 Passenger (Transit) buses, Insurance Coverage, and Bus Fuel

Trips: |
- 0 – 5 Hours - $700.00
- Each additional hour thereafter, $100.00 per hour.
- You are allowed up to 50 miles per trip. Any trip that exceeds 50 miles, an additional $5.00 will be charged per mile.
- Deadhead miles (from yard to pick up location).
FIRST 15 MILES ARE FREE. AFTER THE FIRST 15 MILES, A $5.00 CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED.
- San Diego Trips - $1,200.00 to $1,500.00 (School bus) and $1,600.00 to $1,800.00 (Charter Bus)
- Mountain Trips (One Way) -$1,600.00 (School bus) and $1,500.00 (Charter Bus)
- Grad Night Trips - $1,600.00
- Note: Rate is contingent upon location of Grad Night Trip (i.e. Disneyland, Magic Mountain, etc.)
- All prices are subject to change depending on the distance of the trip. The client is responsible for any damages caused by its passenger(s). In addition, the client is responsible for parking and toll fees and driver's room if required.

CHARTER BUS: |
- 0-5 Hours - $900.00
- Each additional hour thereafter, $150.00

Cancellation Fee |
Cancellations for trips booked must be received 48 hours prior to the contracted start time to avoid any and all fees. If the client cancels within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the trip amount will be charged. If the bus shows up at the site, and the client cancels on site, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the trip amount will be charged.
